• Zero-Knowledge Architecture: Our Software acts primarily as a localized desktop tool. All critical profiling data, input shipping addresses, credit card numbers, CVVs, and retail account user credentials are encrypted and stored solely within the local storage sandbox of your physical computing machine.
• Local Security Limitation: Because this data never hits our cloud servers, you are solely responsible for protecting your machine. We possess zero visibility into this data and expressly disclaim all liability for any payment extraction, profile theft, or data loss occurring due to local device exploits, hardware infection, device theft, or local malware.

To fulfill our licensing contract, manage the recurring subscription structure, and prevent malicious attacks on our infrastructure, we collect the following limited operational metadata:

• Account Registries: Discord User Identification token (ID), email addresses, active subscription billing intervals, and historical core license key validation states provided via our merchant partners.
• Anti-Piracy & Node Tracking: Cryptographic Hardware Fingerprints (HWIDs), active operating system variations, local installation pathways, and inbound connecting IP addresses used solely to validate maximum simultaneous device license quotas.
• Telemetry and Error Tracking: Anonymous error code output arrays to assist developers in deploying patches to fix stability bugs.

We do not natively capture or process your payment cards or financial transactions. All customer billing management, initial key generation, monthly seat reservations, and subscription processing arrays are handled by secure, compliant merchant brokers (e.g., Stripe, Whop). Your interaction with those entities is bound directly by their respective privacy declarations.

• Data Processing Basis: For users operating within the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, our handling of your metadata is legally grounded in Contractual Necessity (delivering, validating, and maintaining your software license and operational subscription access).
• Data Storage Location: Metadata is securely transferred and processed on host servers located inside the United States.
• Your Privacy Access Rights: Under applicable laws, you retain the statutory right to request a readout of your metadata or demand the permanent deletion of your profile history. To execute this right, you may contact our web team. Please note that a request for absolute data erasure requires the deletion of your account index, which instantly invalidates both your core purchase key and active subscription without a refund.

Our Software and services are strictly prohibited to individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly harvest, evaluate, or retain records from minors. If we discover that a user under the age of 18 has established an account, we will instantly wipe their data profiles and sever their active application licenses and subscription tokens.

To the extent required under applicable New York State commercial laws and consumer privacy frameworks, we maintain reasonable technical administrative safeguards to shield your server-side account metadata. We do not sell, lease, trade, or distribute your email addresses or digital identifiers to third-party data brokers or marketing arrays.
